Cancellations & Refunds for Coaching
1. The user of the online program may withdraw at anytime, unless user has joined and logged into the course, which under no circumstance will any refunds be issued.
2. Once user has joined a course, lifetime access will be granted. However, if at any time policies have been abused or not complied with by the user, they may be subject to removal from the program.
The client agrees to show up to the Google Meet Session at the start time of the scheduled appointment and commit to begin and end each session on time. If client is unable to attend the session, they may reschedule or cancel 12 hours prior to the start of session. If client wishes to cancel their coaching session(s), a refund may be issued if coach is notified 12 hours in advance of the call start time. Please contact info@sliceofjas to request a refund.
If the client is not present 10 minutes past the start time of the call, the coach will assume a cancellation and issue a 50% refund of the session fee to the client and a new session will need to be booked. If the client is late but present before 10 minutes past the start time, the session will continue and finish at the end time that was initially set. Call may still continue if client is over 10 minutes late if coach is notified ahead of time. Please contact info@sliceofjas.com if you are going to be late.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 12 hours before our session. If the session is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior, a 50% refund will be issued and a new session will need to be booked (monthly package cancellations determined upon request).
